At Satika, we value your trust and strive to deliver only the best. Since many of our saree product images are AI-generated or AI-modified, please note that minor variations in color, design, or texture are natural and will not be considered defects.
We accept returns only if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Conditions
You must contact us within 1 day of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
A clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims.
The video must:
Begin before opening the package.
Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
Clearly capture the defect, damage, or mismatch in the product.
Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Gift cards or customized/personalized sarees
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
